These Terms govern your use of A/L Pure Mathematics (Android package
com.crunchcode.alpuremathematics), published by CrunchCode Labs. Please read them
together with the Privacy Policy, which explains what information the app
handles and why.

1. Accepting these terms
By downloading, installing or using the app you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What the app is
The app is a free study aid for the Sri Lankan G.C.E. Advanced Level Combined Mathematics syllabus. It contains a formula reference covering fourteen topics, search, bookmarks, a daily quiz and optional revision reminders. All formula content and quiz questions are packaged inside the app, and the reference works with no internet connection.
3. Your licence to use it
CrunchCode Labs gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own study, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you obtained it from.
4. Acceptable use
When using the app, you agree not to:
- Copy, extract, republish or sell the app’s formula content, diagrams or quiz questions
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where the law allows it
- Interfere with the app’s advertising, including generating artificial views or clicks
- Use the app for anything unlawful
5. Accuracy of the content
Care is taken over every formula and question, but the app is a revision aid, not an authority. It is not a substitute for the official syllabus, past papers or your teacher, and CrunchCode Labs does not guarantee that the content is complete or free of errors. Do not rely on the app alone when preparing for an examination.
If you find a mistake, please report it through Report issues in the app’s menu or by email — corrections are made in the next release.
6. Advertising and the daily quiz
The app is free, and advertising pays for it. It shows a banner advertisement on the topic, search, bookmark and quiz screens, and offers an optional video advertisement in the daily quiz that unlocks three further questions for that day.
Watching a video is always your choice. The three free daily questions and the entire formula reference work without one. The number of free and unlockable questions may change in a future version.
Advertisements are supplied by Google AdMob, and the app reports installs and launches to Meta for advertising measurement. Both are described in the Privacy Policy, and both are subject to your consent where the law requires it.
7. Third-party services
The app relies on services provided by Google (advertising, Android backup) and Meta (advertising measurement). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and CrunchCode Labs is not responsible for them. Advertisements are provided by third parties; CrunchCode Labs does not endorse the products they promote.
8. Intellectual property
The app — its name, design, selection and arrangement of material, diagrams, quiz questions and software — belongs to CrunchCode Labs. The underlying mathematics is not claimed as anyone’s property. Except for the licence in section 3, these Terms give you no rights in the app or its branding.
9. No warranty
The app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. CrunchCode Labs does not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CrunchCode Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including any examination result or loss of locally stored data such as bookmarks or quiz progress. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
11. Updates and availability
The app may be updated, changed or withdrawn at any time. Some updates may be needed for the app to keep working. Because your data is stored only on your device, uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes it permanently.
12. Ending these terms
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. CrunchCode Labs may end your licence if you break these Terms. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10 continue to apply afterwards.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising from them or from the app is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have under the laws of the country where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated when the app changes. The effective date above will change when they do, and significant changes will be noted in the Play Store release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
